Chest

With the garment closed and laid flat, measure from armpit to armpit and multiply by 2.

Waist

Measure the waistband edge to edge and multiply by 2.

At the widest point of the hip, edge to edge, multiplied by 2.

Inseam

From the crotch seam to the leg hem, with the pants laid flat and stretched.
